By accessing or using League Simple, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
League Simple is a youth sports league management application that enables parents, coaches, and administrators to organize leagues, teams, schedules, and rosters. The service includes team messaging and push notification features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use League Simple only for lawful purposes related to youth sports organization. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
5. Children's Information
By entering information about children into League Simple, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of those children, or that you have obtained proper consent from the parent or legal guardian to enter such information.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service, including messages. By submitting content, you grant us a license to store and display that content as necessary to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
7. Privacy
Your use of League Simple is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
League Simple is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
